Gordon Coates is a psychologically informed, C4 certified coach, runner, ecologist, and digital producer at Trail Runner Magazine living in Menlo Park, California with three years of experience coaching. He coaches individuals around the country on the roads and trail and high school cross country and track. He has running experience on roads and trails from 5K to 50K and coaching knowledge for any terrain and any distance. He loves nothing more than moving through nature, learning about the land around him, and helping others do the same.

INDIVIDUALIZED SCIENCE-BASED TRAINING PLANS
Training plans are designed with up-to-date training theory and sports science focused on running economy tailored to the individual athlete's life and goals. Every log is constantly updated and adjusted based on an athletes current situation. The science shows that stress is stress and QuickFeet Coaching understands that life is more than running. Your training plan will reflect that with built in rest and adaptations around your life.
Working with Gordon, I cut eleven minutes off my half marathon and lowered my 5k PR by 51 seconds (and felt strong doing it!). I have never worked with someone so thoughtful, enthusiastic, and supportive. 11/10 would recommend.
